Editorial Policy
Where our facts come from, and how content gets published and updated.
Source hierarchy
For operator-specific facts, our source is the bonus terms and offer information supplied to us directly by the operator or its affiliate program. We label these as operator-stated facts throughout the site. For general educational content, such as how wagering requirements work or how Australian identity verification typically operates, we write from publicly available regulatory and industry information and our own explanation, not from any single operator's marketing copy.
Evidence standard
We do not publish a licence claim, a payout-speed claim, an RTP figure, a customer-service rating or an aggregate score for an operator unless we can point to a specific supporting source. Where that evidence does not exist, as is currently the case for every operator listed on this site regarding licensing, payout speed and RTP, we omit the claim rather than write around the gap with vague language.
Ranking process
The order of operators on our home page currently reflects the order supplied to us, alongside the welcome offer terms, wagering requirements and minimum deposits each operator has provided. It is not the output of an independent testing program. Full detail is on our How We Rank page.
Authorship
Content on this site is written and maintained by our Content Editor, Renee Whitfield. See the About Us page for that profile.
Update schedule
We aim to recheck volatile figures such as bonus percentages and wagering requirements at least weekly, and to run a broader review of the whole site at least monthly. Each operator review carries a checked date reflecting the last time we confirmed its figures against operator-supplied information.
Commercial separation
Commercial arrangements fund this site, as explained on our Advertising Disclosure page. We have not established a formal, independently audited separation between our commercial relationships and our editorial content, and we do not claim one. We aim to describe operators using only the facts they have supplied, rather than adjusting claims based on payment terms, but readers should treat this as a stated intention rather than a verified guarantee.
Corrections
See our Corrections page for how to report an error and how we handle a correction once it is confirmed.
