Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

This policy describes what happens on latitude28produce.com as it is actually built: a static set of pages with affiliate offer links and one informational cookie notice. It does not describe analytics, newsletter signup or account creation, because none of those are present on this site.

Affiliate tracking, in full

Nothing on this site tracks you while you read. Tracking starts only when you click one of the offer links to visit an operator's site. Those links carry a parameter, such as subid, clickid, campaign_id or afp, depending on the operator. That parameter identifies which page and campaign sent the click, not you personally.

Once you land on the operator's site, the affiliate network that operator uses sets its own cookie on its own domain, separate from this site. That cookie, or in some cases fingerprint matching where cookies are blocked, may log your IP address, the time of the visit, the referring page and browser details. We receive aggregate counts by campaign from that network, not a list of named visitors. Those records belong to the affiliate network and the operator, and are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

To avoid this tracking, do not click the offer links, or use browser settings that block third-party cookies. Blocking third-party cookies may cause some networks to fall back to other matching methods, which we do not control.

What this site does not do

This site does not run visitor analytics, does not operate a newsletter, does not require account creation and does not use its own first-party tracking cookie. The only cookie-notice mechanism on this site is a CSS checkbox used to dismiss a static informational bar, described below.

The cookie notice

Every page shows a short informational bar about affiliate tracking. It is built with CSS only and carries no JavaScript. Dismissing it hides the bar for the current page view only. Because the site has no script to remember that choice, the bar reappears on the next page you load or the next time you visit. This is a known limitation of a static, script-free build, not a bug.

Contact form

The form on our Contact Us page is a static layout with no back end connected. It does not transmit or store anything you type into it. Use the email addresses on that page instead.

Changes to this policy

If the site later adds analytics, a newsletter, a first-party cookie or a working contact form, this policy will be updated to describe that change before or at the same time it goes live.
